ECHO’s Refund Policy
January 2, 2020 Update

The IRS ruling: “a donation to a charitable organization is considered
an irrevocable gift”. Please see IRS pub 1771, IRS pub 526, and 26 US Code § 170
We cherish every donation and work hard to ensure every dollar is put to work helping others quickly. When we receive your donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to meet our mission. Because ECHO puts all donations to work quickly, we do not offer refunds on any donations or any donations made in receipt of gift items. We do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Please validate your order as donations and purchases are not refundable. If you have submitted an order by mistake or made an error in the amount of your donation, please call (830)-370-6130 immediately so that we can void the order. Any request for a void may incur processing fees. Voids can only be processed on the same day as the donation and must be received by 7pm central time.
